Molly Pileggi joined RFA in 2017 as a Senior Research Analyst and was promoted to Research Associate in 2018. At RFA, Molly designs and conducts quantitative analyses for several projects focused on K-12 education and authored studies of School District of Philadelphia students’ progress toward graduation and attendance patterns in their first year of high school. She is also the project director for several projects, including RFA’s evaluation of over a dozen OST providers as part of the 21st Century Community Learning Center program.
Prior to joining RFA, Molly was a senior programmer analyst for Mathematica Policy Research, where she conducted quantitative analysis on a range of education and nutrition projects. Molly was a teacher for three years and serves as a founding board member for the Scholarship for Advanced Guyanese Education, a non-profit providing full scholarships to students at the University of Guyana. Molly received her master’s degree in International Education Development from the University of Pennsylvania.
