Molly Pileggi joined RFA in 2017 as a senior research analyst and was promoted to Research Associate in 2018. At RFA, Molly conducts quantitative analyses for several projects, including authoring a study of School District of Philadelphia students’ progress towards graduation in their first year of high school, and serving in a project director role on Philadelphia’s evaluation of over a dozen OST providers as part of the 21st Century Community Learning Center program. Prior to joining RFA, Molly served as a senior programmer analyst for Mathematica Policy Research, where she conducted quantitative analysis on a range of education and nutrition projects. Molly was a teacher for three years, and serves as a founding board member for the Scholarship for Advanced Guyanese Education, a non-profit providing full university scholarships to students at the University of Guyana. Molly received her master’s degree in International Education Development from the University of Pennsylvania.
