Abstract

This guide explains Research for Action’s approach to program evaluation and is designed to give prospective clients an idea of what they can expect. It discusses the ways in which RFA’s formative evaluations can help organizations move closer to achieving their goals by providing timely and useful information during the course of an evaluation, rather that judging the program’s success or failure when it is too late to make changes.
