National Lead Teacher Certification Feasibility Study, An exploratory feasibility study to assess feasibility of a national, competency-based lead teacher certification for early childhood education programs through a national sample of 100 interviewees and 4,200 survey respondents including educators, ECE program leaders, parents, policymakers, and staff at colleges/universities, accreditation organizations, and labor unions, in partnership with the Council for Professional Recognition and funded by the Early Educator Investment Collaborative,  $382,000, 2020–2021.
