Community Perceptions, Quality Assurance, and Literacy Practices in the City of Philadelphia’s Out-of-School-Time System

This study is a high-level examination of OST programs in the city to better understand community perceptions of local OST program offerings and usage, OST literacy practices, OST staffing and OST provider definitions of quality. This mixed-methods study will help the city refine and implement a broader plan to support and enhance OST programs.
