The Parent Leadership Academy (PLA) was an initiative of the School District and the William Penn Foundation to increase parent involvement and leadership in schools and communities. PLAs were regional centers where parents could access information, training, and resources, as well as network with other parents. RFA provided both formative and summative feedback for PLA.
