An Evaluation of the Philadelphia Urban Systemic Initiative (USI): School District of Philadelphia

RFA conducted a five year evaluation of USI. Supported by the National Science Foundation, USI is a systemic change initiative charged by the School District of Philadelphia to reform math, science, and technology instruction that will result in high levels of achievement for all Philadelphia students.
