Kendra Strouf joined RFA in 2016 as a Research Analyst. In this role, Kendra conducts quantitative analyses for a variety of projects, including RFA’s evaluations of 21st Century Community Learning Centers in Philadelphia, and she serves as the Project Manager for an evaluation of the Children’s Literacy Initiative’s Blueprint curriculum supplement for pre-k. Prior to joining RFA, Kendra was the Program Manager for Learning Leaders, where she designed and led volunteer training programs for families and caretakers of students in public schools in New York City. Kendra received a M.A. in International Educational Development from Teachers College at Columbia University and a B.A. in Art History from Fordham.
