About Justis Freeman
Justis Freeman joined RFA in 2018 and currently serves as a Senior Research Analyst. He conducts research on a variety of projects with mixed-methods analyses. Currently, his work supports evaluations of out-of-school time programming, teacher professional development in early childhood education and arts programming in youth serving organizations.
In the past, Freeman’s work supported a study of the obstacles college students of color face when entering the financial services industry, an assessment of Pennsylvania Academic and Career/Technical Training Alliance’s academic and non-academic school outcomes, an integrity audit of the Camden City School District’s lottery enrollment system, and an evaluation of early childhood literacy curriculum. Freeman received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Temple University in 2018, where he was active in a wide range of student organizations.
