An Evaluation of the New York City Mathematics Project: Lehman College, City University of New York

The New York City Mathematics Project requested an evaluation of the impact of the implementation of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics Standards on urban schools and students. RFA designed a formative evaluation process that involved project staff and participating teachers in researching classroom implementation and assessing student learning.
