About Keerthanya Rajesh

Keerthanya (Keerthi) Rajesh is a Research Analyst who supports quantitative and qualitative research at Research for Action. Currently, she contributes to evaluating social-emotional learning programs in Montgomery County, 21st Century Community Learning Centers in the Philadelphia area, and kindergarten readiness programs implemented by the Please Touch Museum. She will also be part of the team that analyzes the impact and cost-effectiveness of developmental education curricular reforms in California community colleges.

Keerthi recently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied how learning occurs in various contexts and gained a broad perspective of education systems at the national and international levels. She has taught middle school students, facilitated teacher professional development programs, and developed curricula for youth and adult learners. Keerthi is committed to using research to shine a critical light on inequitable systems and empower learners, teachers, families, and communities.
