The School District of Philadelphia contracted with RFA to conduct an evaluation of its Faith Partnerships program. This study explored schools’ perspectives on their partnerships with religious institutions, and examined the types of supports and benefits schools received from their faith-based partners as well as the range of outcomes and impacts that resulted from these partnerships.
