Revisiting RFA’s Theory of Change and Indicators Framework for Communities for Public Education Reform

Ten years ago, RFA worked with CPER to develop a Theory of Change and Indicators Framework that community organizing groups could use to assess their effectiveness in organizing for school reform. Much has changed over the past decade, and RFA has been commissioned again by CPER to reassess the education landscape, make updates to the Theory of Change and Indicators Framework, and conduct training sessions with community organizing groups on how to use these tools.
