Roger Chu is a Research Systems Developer at RFA, where he leads RFA’s effort to expand its research capacity by identifying and creating efficient tools, techniques, and procedures to streamline research operations. In addition, Roger leads RFA’s research on juvenile justice education for the Pennsylvania Academic Career and Technical Training Alliance and has supported quantitative and qualitative analyses for research on early childhood literacy, out of school time programs, and teacher professional development programs. Previously, Roger led the third-party evaluation of an NSF-funded teacher development program and was a Stoneleigh Emerging Leader Fellow. Before joining RFA, Roger taught middle school and high school mathematics.
