Bio

Roger Chu is a Research Analyst at RFA where he conducts quantitative analyses on a variety of projects. Prior to his full-time employment, Roger was RFA’s Stoneleigh Fellow for 2015-16. In that role, Roger was part of RFA’s team to assess the implementation of the Pennsylvania Academic and Career and Technical Training Alliance, or PACTT. Prior to joining RFA, Roger taught honors mathematics at Camden Academy Charter High School, and middle school math for two years through Teach for America at Camden’s Promise Charter School. Roger developed his research skills while in graduate school by conducting qualitative research in Philadelphia for the Norris Square Civic Association, designing interview protocols and analyzing the diverse viewpoints of residents and other community stakeholders.
