Bio

Justis joined RFA in 2018 as a Quantitative Research Assistant. He supports a variety of research projects with data cleaning & management, descriptive statistical analyses and qualitative data collection. Currently, his work includes evaluations of out-of-school time programming and preschool literacy curriculum, state equity initiatives in higher education, and a study of the obstacles minority college students face when entering the finance industry. Justis received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Temple University in 2018, where he was active in a wide range of student organizations.
