Justis joined RFA in 2018 as a Quantitative Research Assistant. He supports a variety of research projects with mixed-methods analyses. Currently, his work supports evaluations of out-of-school time programming, teacher professional development in early childhood education, arts programming in youth serving organizations, and the mentoring program component of Say Yes to Education, Cleveland.
In the past, Justis’ work supported a study of the obstacles college students of color face when entering the financial services industry, an assessment of Pennsylvania Academic and Career/Technical Training Alliance’s academic and non-academic school outcomes, an integrity audit of the Camden City School District’s lottery enrollment system, and an evaluation of early childhood literacy curriculum. Justis received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Temple University in 2018, where he was active in a wide range of student organizations
