Joshua Lin joined RFA in 2016 as a Research Analyst, after serving as an intern during the 2015-16 academic year. At RFA, Josh contributes both qualitative and quantitative analyses to a variety of projects, including a study of outcomes-based funding in three states; and a study of English Language Learners for RFA’s Philadelphia Education Research Consortium. Prior to his work at RFA, Josh worked as a College Access Counselor at the Thurgood Marshall Academy for Learning and Social Change and was a 2013 Humanity in Action Fellow. Josh received his master’s degree in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016.
