Bio

Jason joined RFA in 2017 as a policy research assistant. At RFA, Jason conducts mixed method analyses for several projects, including the PACER initiative and a national study of inequality in access to educational opportunity in high school. He is also a project manager for Philadelphia’s evaluation of over a dozen OST providers as part of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers program.

Prior to joining RFA, Jason served as an early childhood education policy fellow for The Philadelphia Mayor’s Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity, where he conducted quantitative analysis and translation services for the city’s universal pre-K initiative. Jason was also an English support instructor at Temple University’s Intensive English Language Program and a peer teacher in the university’s Spanish department. Jason received his bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Spanish from Temple University in 2017.
