As the Administrative & Research Operations Manager, Dominika is responsible for research operations administration, management of grants and contracts, and research project management. Prior to joining RFA, Dominika worked with the Tomo Group as the Project Manager and Coordinator for the European Union Internship program, where she coordinated several collaborative initiatives with clients in Japan, Israel, and the USA. She also worked as the Campaign Assistant and Coordinator for the 2014 European Union Parliament elections. Fluent in English, Polish, and Spanish, Dominika received her master’s degree in National Security from the National Defense University of Warsaw, and she holds a Ph.D. in National and Cultural Security.
