Austin Slaughter recently joined RFA as a Research Analyst, where he provides statistical analyses for a range of projects, including RFA’s Lumina Foundation-funded study of Outcomes-Based Funding in three states. Prior to joining RFA, Austin served as a Research Assistant to Dr. Paul Courant at the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, was an Education Data Fellow at the Michigan Department of Education, and served in the Peace Corps in Costa Rica. Austin received his M.P.P. from the University of Michigan in 2016.
