About Bushra Malaibari

Dr. Bushra Malaibari currently serves on the 21st Century team, focusing on out of school programs. She also works on the Wallace-Youth Arts Initiative team. 

Malaibari has extensive experience in after-school programming and writing techniques. Malaibari will leverage this experience in supporting her projects at RFA, including documenting focus groups and site observations. Much of her research focuses on identity and representation, and she is broadly committee to improving diversity in academic and educational spaces.
