Morgan Riffer’s work at RFA includes research and technology assistance for the projects Learning from Philadelphia’s School Reform and an evaluation of the New Jersey Graduate Teaching Fellows Program. Before coming to RFA, she was an AmeriCorps VISTA member at Teaming for Technology of United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, where she served as Outreach Coordinator. Her interests include systemic school reform, participatory evaluation, mixed methods research, and exploring practical applications of technology for nonprofit organizations.
