Tim Victor is a consultant to RFA who works on quantitative research design and analysis. He has more than twenty years of experience in industry and academic research. He has served as principal methodologist on studies in the areas of education, nutrition, and psychometrics. Tim completed his doctoral training at the University of Connecticut and the University of Pennsylvania. Tim has expertise in the areas of statistics and psychometrics. He has conducted extensive research in the field of psychiatry. He has held positions of scientific leadership at GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, and Aetna. Tim holds academic appointments at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and the University of Pennsylvania where he teaches experimental design, statistics, and psychological assessment.
