Judy Adamson has worked at RFA since its founding, designing the financial, human resources, technological, and administrative systems for both the start-up phase and the rapid growth of the last 15 years. She has over 30 years experience in business and non-profit administrative management. She also works as a financial consultant with a range of non-profit organizations, including WYBE Public Television, Philadelphia Young Playwrights, and the Community Education Center.
