Tracey Hartmann has a background in developmental psychology. She has experience with both quantitative and qualitative methods. She was formerly a Research Associate at Public/Private Ventures, where she worked on their National Faith-Based Demonstration for High Risk Youth and the Community Change for Youth Development Initiative. She has a long-standing interest in the efforts of community organizations to improve opportunities for low-income communities.
