Tracey A. Hartmann

Senior Research Associate thartmann@researchforaction.org	Tracey Hartmann has a background in developmental psychology. She has extensive experience with both quantitative and qualitative methods. Prior to joining RFA, Tracey was a Research Associate at Public/Private Ventures, where she worked on their National Faith-Based Demonstration for High Risk Youth and the Community Change for Youth Development Initiative. Tracey has a long-standing interest in the efforts of community organizations to improve opportunities for low-income communities.
