Maryland Cares is a project of the National Council of Jewish Women and the Maryland State Department of Education. Maryland Cares works with two school communities to develop parent, community and school collaboratives. RFA developed an action research approach which engaged program participants in looking at data about parents’ interests, concerns and experiences with schools in order to inform program planning and assess program efforts. |
