The Gratz Connection, a Pennsylvania Department of Education demonstration site for dropout prevention, requested a process evaluation of its program. RFA designed a collaborative action research project that involved teachers from a neighborhood high school and its 16 elementary and middle feeder schools. The project developed longitudinal case studies of 70 students’ educational experience as they moved from elementary to middle school and middle to high school. |
