A research camp for Philadelphia-area high school-aged students involved in social action projects in their schools and communities
2005 - 2005
Description: RFA's 2005 Action Research Summer Camp, under the direction of Diane Brown, was supported by a grant from the Goldsmith Greenfield Foundation. The five-day camp was for high-school-aged students involved in social action groups in their schools and community. The grant provided support for leadership training, curriculum design, logistical and resource support, and documentation and dissemination. The 2005 Camp built on RFA's experience from the 2004 Research Camp collaboration with Philadelphia Safe and Sound and the STAR program, a leadership and action research after school program.
