Philadelphia’s Please Touch Museum developed and distributed science kits – prepackaged materials and activities – for pre-schoolers and provided professional development for preschool teachers through a grant from the National Science Foundation. RFA helped the Please Touch Museum assess the implementation of the kits in classrooms and provided technical support to museum staff in order to further their capacity for self-assessment. |
